I'm Karl Lines, an experienced people specialist who guides people through the adventures of organisational life.

My dream was to, one day, develop a values-based business which would specialise in improving the performance and wellbeing of people at work.

In 2019 Likos was born.

Using an advanced understanding of how people and organisations behave and function I make it easier for people and organisations to be courageous in taking on challenges, calmly managing risks and confidently navigating transitions.

To ensure the highest dedication to quality, relationships and responsiveness I sacrifice volume and scale to work only with a handful of high profile clients each year with a focus on courageous, exploratory and ground breaking projects.
